Multi-generation beverage manufacturer based in the Central Coast of California sought a Director of Human Resources to develop the HR strategy, oversee talent development, change management, and improve employee advocacy.

3P Partners successfully placed a local HR leader with more than 20 years of experience within the food manufacturing industry.  The candidate a strong cultural fit and had a proven track record in recommending changes to an organization’s structure, improving the effectiveness of an HR department and leading an organization through change.

The candidate had a strong background in safety and demonstrated the ability to assess production floor metrics against volume produced in order to increase efficiency and reduce overtime. She was involved in multiple acquisitions, and an ERP upgrade.  She had also led high volume recruitment campaigns, and developed structured salary ranges and incentive programs.

3P Partners presented a shortlist within two weeks with in person interviews commencing two weeks later.  The search assignment was completed within four months.
