  • How to structure your recruitment process
  • Who to involve from the business
  • Timescale for interviews
  • Interview format
  • Criteria to look for in the right candidate
  • Advice on the likely availability of candidates with those criteria, and any potential need for flexibility
  • Advice on salary budget and benefits package, and how they compare in the market


The Process

3P will clearly outline the process so that you know what to expect. A large part of our job is to manage the process for both our clients and our candidates so everyone is always fully informed and aware of the next steps.
