3P will act as your adviser throughout the recruitment and selection process. We will facilitate and provide insight on the following:

  • When to start looking
  • How to structure your recruitment process
  • Who to involve from the business
  • Timescale for interviews
  • Interview format
  • Criteria to look for in the right candidate
  • Advice on the likely availability of candidates with those criteria, and any potential need for flexibility
  • Advice on salary budget and benefits package, and how they compare in the market

The Process
